Every issue on the mat on time.

Magazines, membership magazines, trade journals and club magazines: printing, addressing, making ready for dispatch and mailing. From a club magazine for three hundred members to print runs of hundreds of thousands.

The promise

A periodical is not a campaign. It comes back every week, every month or every quarter, it always has to be there on time, and your readers notice immediately when something is off. That does not call for creativity but for routine. We mail millions of periodicals a year. Our production can handle more than half a million mail items a day. A club magazine for three hundred members is nothing unusual here, and a print run of hundreds of thousands goes through production in exactly the same way.

You supply your issue, we do the rest: the same way every time, always processed and mailed on schedule.

What we take care of.

Printing

On our digital presses, from small runs to large. Also when the quantity differs from issue to issue.

Processing your address file

You supply your subscriber or member file as you have it. We clean it up and produce the address carriers for dispatch.

Addressing

Straight onto the cover, or onto the envelope. Fully personalised wherever you want it.

Making ready for dispatch

Wrapping in recyclable cane sugar film, enveloping, or paper banding. And often it can be done with no wrapper at all: then we address straight onto the cover. That saves material.

Adding inserts

A payment slip, an invitation, a membership card or a separate section: we add it in the same pass.

Mailing at the cheapest postage rate

With our bulk volume and three generations of experience in mail, we pick the rate that suits your print run and your delivery date. Tell us when the magazine has to be on the mat, and we count back.

International subscribers

Through Belgian Post, Deutsche Post and Royal Mail we mail across the border too.

Who it is for.

Publishers

Trade journals, consumer magazines and subscription titles, with varying print runs and tight publication dates.

Associations and trade bodies

Membership and club magazines, often in smaller runs and with a member file that is slightly different every issue.

Charities and funds

Donor magazines, often with a payment slip or an appeal enclosed.

Companies with a customer magazine

For customers, business contacts or staff. A magazine does not have to come from a publishing house; more and more businesses make one themselves.

Why it works.

We have been sending mail since 1972, and periodicals are part of our daily work. Among other things we finish, wrap and mail PRINTmatters, the graphic trade journal of the Netherlands. The difference is in the repetition. Every issue is a different file, sometimes with an insert and sometimes with a different print run, but the process around it is the same every time. That is exactly why it has to be right: the same route through production, the same checks, the same deadline. We put that on record and we have it tested: we are ISO 9001 certified for our processes and ISO 27001 for the way we handle your subscriber and member data. And because we also print and handle fulfilment, more is possible: a welcome pack for new members, an anniversary issue with a gift enclosed, or the processing of the reply cards that come back.
